After upgrading to macOS Monterey v12.0.1, right-clicking on a word no longer brings up the dictionary, but instead tells me about something called "personalized suggestions from the web, iTunes, the App Store...blah blah." I want to link in my dictionary again. How did this happen?

Though I have a trackpad, I have not used it in weeks and it has nothing to do with my issue.
I seem to have found my way around this problem, but it is incredibly irritating that after updating my software, I had to spend 45 minutes or more to complete some work without having planned for the delay. Why should software updates change how things work? I was able to get it back again, but the Apple changes were neither anticipated nor wanted.
