How do I view photos photos on icloud?
Those are all the photos that are saved, there will not be any others. iCloud syncs your photos across all devices. What you see on your device is also in the cloud. If you make changes to your device (edits, deleting images, etc.), it will change the picture in the cloud and on all devices.
At the Time of Use:
If Photos is enabled in iCloud settings, then it is syncing with iCloud. So, sign out of iCloud to stop the syncing. All that would reside on the device is what was downloaded. You'd access these in the Photos app.

If you delete a photo on your phone, it is deleted from iCloud and other connected devices. Items deleted are moved to the Recently Deleted album and are permanently deleted after 30 days unless you choose to delete earlier.

i was looking for older photos that are not in my phone, i thought they were kept in icloud.
I don's see the photos that have been saved in icloud, I only see the photos that are still in my phone. Can any show me how to view the old photos?
Am I understanding this correct, those photos are gone if I deleted them from my phone? What is the point of Icloud?
