How to block permanently some artists in Apple music?

I deleted the artist from the library. I removed from the preferences. I am tired of clicking DO NOT LIKE - and I turn it on again and again in recommendations!

I ask Siri to "include music that I might like" - and I am offered music that I hate!

How can I tell Apple Music to stop recommending dance music? You can't permanently block artists.
