Connection with 144 Hz monitor

I have a large 144Hz monitor Gygabyte Aorus. I want to buy a Macbook Air M1 laptop so I can connect to this monitor sometimes. Tell me, what cable can I use to transfer an video from a laptop to a monitor so that it is broadcast in 4K quality at 144Hz? Is this even possible or the video card on the laptop MacBook Air M1 does not support 4K 144 Hz with any cable? Is it possible to buy a Macbook Air M1 laptop with an enhanced video card that could broadcast images at 4K 144 Hz?
