Apple Watch Series 6 VO2 vs Fitbit Charge 4
Why is my VO2 max dropping, despite increased fitness over 12 months? Fitbit has me at 48-52 (excellent) but Apple has dropped me to 23.9 (consistent drop from 37 in January). I can walk 5km in 45mins (which I do daily) plus 20 mins on an elliptical trainer. I’m 62 / 175lbs and the fittest I’ve been in years.
My watch is basically implying I can’t get off the couch!
Time to recalibrate - or put it in the bin?
