Udemy video black screen

Udemy video black screen

I just purchased a course on Udemy and I can only see and hear the first video, all the other videos after the first one I can only hear it not see the actual video. I notice on the first video when I click on the little gear at the bottom I have options for video like 1080, 720 ect but on the rest of the videos I see Auto that had been selected and I am unable to deselect it. The first attachment is of the first video and the second attachment is of the other video that follows.

I would say this is an Apple issue as when I unplugged the second monitor then I could see the video not sure what that has to do with anything but it worked and I am not happy that I would need to unplug a monitor just to view videos. I am sure my windows laptop I would have no issue with this. So Apple need an update on this.

If the issue went away after unplugging a monitor, it's likely something to do with the copy protection on Udemy. This could be due to the monitor or video cable not being HDCP compliant. Udemy may see the external monitor as insecure and will not show the video.
