List preview has quit working on both my Desktop iMac and my MacBook Pro?

List preview has quit displaying multiple lines under the subject heading in Mail.

I'm using Monterey 12.0.1 on both machines. I've tried numerous line variations as well as quitting Mail and restarting to no avail. Am I missing something?

It sounds like you are not able to see multiple lines under the subject. We understand how important this is to you and we are here to help.


Let's restart your Mac, even though this is a simple step it may help: Shut down or restart your Mac


If the issue persists, can you provide a few more details? Does this issue persist in other user accounts as well? Do you notice this regardless of which account you are viewing in Mail? Also, does this appear regardless of which size the window is?

Yes, I have tried shutting down both computers and restarting to no effect.


I only have one account that I'm viewing in Mail.


Yes, I have tried resizing the windows, also to no effect.


(I've also tries 3 lines to preview as well as no extra lines and the back to the two lines. to no effect)
