That's not much to go on. Perhaps if you told us more, some other user would come along who recognizes your issue.
For example:
What model/year/size iPad do you have, and what level of iOS/iPadOS is it running?
What sort of noises are you hearing?
Do they start with the ringing, during the call, immediately after the call, or a while after the call?
Do they start only if you answer the call, only if you reject the call, or in both cases?
Do they happen on every call, or just on some calls?
Do you have any external devices attached to your iPad?
It goes ding ding ding ding! best description I can come up with in writing. Sometimes I can turn it off by closing the lid, some times I can turn it off with Siri, sometimes, I have to restart it. I am pretty well versed with anything Apple so this one is giving me a loop.
To answer your questions: All updates done (15.1 right now!)
If I answer the call (phone or FaceTime on the iPad it's all ok
EVERY call coming in, phone, and/or facetime
NO external device
This has been going on for a while and I can't figure out how to stop it. Usually pretty good at this stuff, stumped now.

Well, I tried. For the life of me I could not reproduce the issue. Apple advisor thinks it's a speaker/hardware issue. For now I'll live with it if it comes back. I'll be roaming the country in an RV and won't need the calls to come in on the iPad.
