White grid app icon

Hi, I have seen a few people on here who have faced the same problem,I’ve been experiencing a problem with Tiktok today, and just a few hours ago, the app’s icon turned into this white grid. Is this a problem with the app, or is something wrong with my phone? I have also tried to solve the problem by turning 'Automatic Downloads' and I have closed the phone and restarted it. Please could anyone help me. Thanks
