Cannot set my time zone to manually

why does my phone say “cannot set time zone manually….”. I’ve try several online suggestions but can’t figure this out

Hello,

If you have Screen Time enabled, then you will not be able to change the Time Zone during the screen time hours. Turning off screen time will fix this issue!

time zone setting not updating I have my phone set to automatically update the time zone. But the current zone won't set. Next to Time Zone in settings it just keeps spinning.
