Change OCR language in Preview

Is there a way to specify which language OCR should use when highlighting text in Preview? Japanese language uses a mix of native characters and kanji (originally Chinese characters), so occasionally it will attempt to match native ones to similarly looking Chinese ones and give the whole selection in Chinese.

Changing scribble language So, as I can see in the scribble language accessibility by Apple, Arabic should be supported. But, I can’t find a way to write in Arabic while using scribble and I need help to change the scribble language setting. For those who will say just put the language in the preferred language from keyboard setting, that’s not working also. thank you from future for answering <3
