Apple+ app on firestick buffering issue

We are experiencing frequent buffering and poor picture quality when using the Apple TV app on our Amazon fire stick. All other apps including Netflix are fine and there is no issue with our broadband speed etc.

Is there a solution to this?

Apple+ app on firestick buffering issue I am getting terrible buffering issues with the Apple+ app on my firestick. Some shows won't play at all while some will play the preview then sit buffering forever. No issues with any other apps on my firestick, it's just Apple+ Even had Amazon replace the firestick but still the same. Any suggestions welcome.

Apple TV App Pixelated Transitions I buy a lot of movies through iTunes. I use Vudu, Movies Anywhere, and now the Apple TV app on Roku to watch them. Before the Apple TV app on Roku, I would watch a lot of the iTunes titles through a computer linked to my TV. I was very excited about the new Apple TV app on Roku. However, it's been very disappointing. A lot of times when the scene transitions in a movie, it's pixelated and even freezes. I have excellent internet speed (usually 40+ to over 100 mbps). Also, I never have this problem when viewing a movie through Vudu, Movies Anywhere, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Disney, etc...only with the Apple TV app. By the way, I uninstalled the Apple TV app and then reinstalled it, so I know that's not the problem. Is this a problem others are having...some kinks you are trying to work out?

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help with the Apple TV+ app. It sounds like the picture quality isn't what you are expecting.

Please see the steps here: If you can't watch or stream movies and TV shows in the Apple TV app.

If possible, you can also try isolating the issue further by testing the Fire TV Stick on another TV or network.
