IOS 15, Notes app glitch
just installed IOS 15, on my iphone 11, now Notes app glitch.
Try to enter text and cursor jumps to top of page.
Same problem with trying to do any text editing.

No problem here.
With the Notes app open, force restart the phone:
Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
If that doesn't help you're into deleting and reinstalling the Notes app BUT only if your Notes are safely in iCloud, or backing up and restoring the phone.
