iPhone 13 overheating
Since purchasing my iPhone 13 I've had it replaced twice already because it's really overheats and I believe this is safety problem which Apple needs to play attention to...
The 3rd one is starting to over heat now... And I am not a big user of the phone which Apple care can see when they do there remote access to the phone..
All I get from Apple care is a email with a link about a article that may help with temperatures management and if you see a temperature warning screen..
Or they say to take it back to the shop and they do the same test on the phone and they also realise that I'm not a big user and they got no answer to why it is getting so hot..
I usually replace my iPhone every two years but this time I waited for 3 years before upgrading to the new iPhone..
My old iPhone was the XR 128GB and in them 3 years of owning it.. It's never overheated on me...
I am very disappointed in this iPhone 13 and this third one is coming up to 2 weeks old and still having the same overheating problems.. Phone gets that hot that it is uncomfortable to hold.. But I never see the warning signs of the temperature come up on the screen..
So it makes me wonder how hot does it really need to get to before that sign appears on your screen because it's gets very HOT...
I should not have to keep phoning Apple about this issue and to take it back to the shop...
Why is this happening...?
