Apple Music on Playstation 5

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, you have Family Sharing set up to share an Apple Music subscription, but other people within Family Sharing can't sign in to the Apple Music app on your Playstation 5. We'll do our best to assist with this.

First, we'd confirm that Family Sharing is indeed sharing that Apple Music subscription: Add a family member to your subscriptions from Apple

If that's set up correctly, you can try to reinstall the Apple Music app on your Playstation 5: How to manage PS5 console storage space

Under section, 'How to make space on a PS5 console for a new game' > 'Delete PS5 applications'.

In case you still receive errors when others in Family Sharing attempt to sign in, then we'd recommend to contact Apple directly: Get Support

I am having the same issue. We have 3 - PS5. Each has its own PlayStation accounts. We have the Apple One plan and all have shared Music for years now. Each have our own Apple Music playlists, etc.

I downloaded Apple Music on my PS5 and it worked fine. I am the primary family account. When I try to do the same exact process on my 2 boys PS5 we get "Something went wrong" with "WS-113926-2" in the upper right corner of that error box.

I have tried the obvious - restart PS5's, re-download the app, restart the iPads which do the Authentication when setting up. Nothing has resolved the issue.

Yes, they are - and OutlanderBZ is me in that reddit thread. So maybe that is it? Wish they would at least release some sort of documentation on it

Well, I know it isn’t an 18+ account on the PlayStation side because both my boys have those on PS5. I moved them off child accounts went they couldnt download games like Minecraft due to restrictions. So hopefully it isn’t an under 18 thing on Apple side because why would that be the case?
