Connecterd my iPhone 13 pro to my Mac using the cable provided with my iphone, doing it for months with no problem, using same port, same cable....it is connecting and disconnecting, charging NOT charging... on and off (beeping!)

Check to see if the port or your Mac, or your phone is wiggly. It may also be worth cleaning out the ports.
that can be easily done with a tooth pick. You can also try updating the devices.
