Im using Max Os Monterey on MacBook Pro with M1 chip.
I just recently bought the laptop and while using any browser I am unable to attach any files to email or upload files anywhere. I can only drag and drop but sometimes when a particular website does not allow drag and drop it’s impossible to send my files across.
Pls help. It’s frustrating.

Some websites prevent downloading content from them. For the sites that prevent dragging and dropping can you download the items to your Mac? If you can't then you can't attach them
Do you using Mail as email client or website? Mail is more comfortable. And... can you share any website with attachment trouble? For me file upload on mac just exactly as windows machine. No difference and I want to check it.

What happens when you try to upload a file? You click on the "attach" button and what happens?
I am having the same issue, you click on 'attach' button anywhere on slack/outlook/gmail/any other website and expect a pop-up for selection but nothing happens at all. Drag-drop works though but this is really annoying. This issue has come up after the Monterey update.
I don’t use any of those, but I have never encountered it anywhere else.
Which browsers have you tried?
