I understand that. Again, I have gone through every part of the Apple Device. Audio Description is OFF, language is correct. This is only happening on NBC, through my cable providers app. It doesn't happen on any other app. It also doesn't happen if I go directly to the NBC app, instead of through my provider's app. Problem is the NBC app keeps failing, I delete it, reinstall, it's fine, then the next day it fails again, and I repeat the delete and reinstall process. This also does NOT happen when I watch TV on my bedroom TV, which has a regular cable box; it's only happening on my second TV, in the living room, which has no cable box; so this is definitely an ssue somehow Apple related and NBC App related and Altice One related.
