Display auto touch/ Ghost touch

I've an iphone xs 256gb..the display was changed and had no true tone but it was an original genuine display when i bought it..So one day i accidently dropped it and broke my back glass shell...After 2 or 3 months i started noticing my display was auto touching like the 'ghost touch' they say..So i got it replaced with another original iphone xs display again..... after 3 or 4 days my phone started that ghost touch yet again..it is currently running on ios 15.1..Please can someone help me..Is it a display problem or hardware problem

My question is like why the auto touch is happening!

i don't have apple centre here so the question of getting fixed from them is not even a question

I've spend a lot of money on this original display taken from another xs...if it was a cheap fake display then it would have been justifiable but what now..Is it a display problem, hardware problem or software problem?
