Apple Trade-In failure
Any one else having a problem with Apple Trade-In?
Tried trading in my iPhone 6S Plus as I've upgraded and I have had no response after filling in the trade-in request form.
I first tried around 10 days ago ( when my new phone arrived ) and only got a message about turning off 'Find my iPhone'.
I tried again this week as I thought I may not have entered the details correctly but still haven't got a confirmation e-mail or any sign of the box to send it in.
I know what to expect as I traded in a 2011 MacBook Pro earlier this year with no problem and got a store card with the full estimated value.
I am aware that Aplle Support probably don't monitor this forum but just wanted to see if others are having a problem before contacting support. It appears there isn't an e-mail for them just a phone number, is that correct?
