Audible notifications

I have an iPhone 11 and I’m not receiving audible notification of text messages, calendar events or emails, etc. on my iPhone. The audible notifications used to go to my hearing aids and now they are not whenever the iPhone is in “sleep” mode. If the phone is “awake”, if I’m on the iPhone doing things then I hear the notifications. What do I need to change in settings so that when iPhone is in sleep mode I’ll hear the notifications? I pay a lot of money for these hearing aids that only work with iPhone. Very frustrating 😡

Made for iPhone devices pair differently to the iPhone than a standard hearing aid that just pairs via Bluetooth. Did you pair them via an app or through the Accessibility section as I described? What brand are these hearing aids?

Hello again ~ Earlier I meant Settings * Notifications * Messages* Then scroll to 3 iPhones pics showing and make sure blue check is showing under Lock Screen but may or may not help you. I hope you are able to get this resolved soon.
