Hello sir my problem is that i want to remove icloud iphone locked to owner from my iphone bc my czn was gave me this iphone he lives in usa and i live in Pakistan i just requested you to plz remove this i cloud id from this phone bc my czn forget his old iCloud id

Hello ~We can not remove the activation lock and neither will Apple . The person that you got the iPhone from will have to do that. If they cannot/will not the iPhone cannot be used. The original owner can follow instructions below to remove it:
