I have connected my Xbox controller through Bluetooth and my Intel iMac fails to recognize it as a gaming controller. I tried connecting it directly and it seems to finally recognize it as a gaming controller and navigating the menu. But whenever I open a Apple Arcade game, it doesn’t work. Am I doing something wrong?
Probably not… MagicalWorker… have you Tried un-pairing( forgetting] the Xbox controller under the Bluetooth menu? Click on the Cog to get to Bluetooth options… then go to forget/remove Bluetooth device, do that, then get out of the Bluetooth menu + turn offyour controller . Do a reset SMC/PMU followed by zap pram 3-4 times on startup for your mac. Turn on your controller and reset it…. By holding down the xbox button for 10 seconds, waiting a bit, then press the xbox button again… then press the connect button at the top of your controller to re-sync/re-pair it vis bluetooth to your mac
