Full page view when in iPad Landscape mode

I am unable to view the entire page in landscape mode, either with auto scrolling on or off. Can’t tap the Center of page to hide away the thumbnails at the bottom to present with the full view of the entire page. Is there any setting or glitch? It work on the iPhone though.

Thanks for reaching out, eddiemadcat.

It sounds like you're having trouble viewing things on your iPad. We can help. Reviewing the resource on how to Save and mark up PDFs on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with the Books app was a great start.

Just so we are on the same page, were you able to view things correctly before and then it stopped working, or has it always been showing incorrectly? If you Restart your iPad, is there any improvement?

Let us know, and we'll go from there.

above is an example where the top menu and the bottom thumbs hides the full page of the A3 pdf file.

this image above is where I pinch the screen to reveal the supposed full page that is hidden by the top and bottom band.

On the iPhone it is possible to touch the Center of the screen to hide the top menu bar and bottom thumbnail bar. But On the iPad, it doesn’t seem to have this feature.

Even when using vertical scrolling, it does not show full contents of the page.

Hope this is clearer for understanding.
