Icloud payment failed due to RBI guidelines--help

I had subscribed icould for which i had given my credit card as payment method. Now due to RBI guidelines payment has got rejected. I went to update payment details, updated a different debit card. Added some money to apple ID also. Now where shall go and complete the payment for failed icloud subscription transaction? I checked media and purchases section i dont see any payment pending. Will apple re trigger payment again for this month of failed icloud subsription? OR will it be recivered next cycle?
