Monterey does not work for a couple of things on my iMac

When the email reader shows a message only part of the picture shows. Usually just the text. Looking at the same message on my powerbook with Big Sur, the whole items shows.

On some web pages I click on log in or something and nothing happens. The Powerbook works just fine.

Other things are somewhat annoying because "improvements" make things worse.

Depending on your settings in Mail->Preferences->Privacy, some contents of mail messages, such as embedded images, may not load automatically. The default was set to increase security. You can make changes and allow all images to download.

I don’t know what sites you are having trouble logging in to. I see no changes in this regard vs how things were working in Big Sur. What browser are you using? Maybe try a different one and see if the problem persists.

Thanks for the clue. I changed the setting in privacy and it restored the stuff. Not very obvious.

The trouble with logging in was with the web site jacquielawson.com (for birthday cards and all). No matter what you type in on the log in page when you click the login button nothing happens. Even if you type in junk. A clue might be that there is a box way down in the bottom right for that thing that verifies you are not a robot. CAPTCHA or something like that. I am using Safari. I don't have any other browsers. I have no problem with the powerbook and big sur. Instead, there is a box that says "OK" in that area. You have to click it. Robots can't. Probably something was supposed to change in the jacquielawson web site for monterey and they did not change it.

Thank you for the fast response.
