Mail Search Fail in Monterey

Rebuild the Spotlight index on your Mac - Apple Support

My Mac Mail search function does not work at all, as of about February 2022. Tried to follow the Rebuild route, but when I select that in any email inbox, absolutely nothing happens. Is there a workaround or other solution for getting Rebuild to function, or another way to get the search function to work?

Could you please tell me which folder did you used to rebuild the spotlight so your email search started working. I can't find any specific mail folder anywhere in the system.

Tried and it is not working for me. Thanks for responding.
