Family members Apple Music not working

Added my wife to my family plan and Apple Music won’t work. Only plays samples. Just got her switched from android and she’s loosing faith fast? How do I get it to work. Worked no problem on my two kids phones.

This was working fine on her old phone. We have checked her Apple ID and she’s logged in correctly, we have also confirmed that music is turned on under family subscription in iTunes settings.
