iPnone's Message Sound on iPhone 13 Pro Max

Hi there, good morning. Problem: my cellular carrier (although I've asked them not to) still keep sending me messages around 2/3AM every morning. They don't care whether I NEED to sleep or not. And I have to remember, every night around 11PM, to go to turn off Text Message Sound, Settings>Sounds & Haptics>Text Tone>None and do the opposite every morning.

So, solution would be a Shortcut Automation.

Turn off Messages Notification sound at 11PM and turn it on again at 7AM.

I've tried everything (at least to my knowledge....) to create an automated shortcut but couldn't do it.

Couldn't find any way to do it - nothing similar available anywhere.

Is it possible? Anyone's guess would be probably better than mine.
