"The document...could not be autosaved. The file has been changed by another application"

I use Big Sur in a Mac mini M1.

I work on files that are on a remote computer that works with catalina and is connected by SMB. Whenever I change files from Numbers or Pages I get this pop up every minute ""The document...could not be autosaved. The file has been changed by another application".

Uninstalled dropbox, google drive, adobe cloud, it didn't solve the problem.

I changed the preferences to "ask to keep changes when closing documents", it didn't solve the problem.

I restarted the computer in safe mode, it didn't solve the problem.

I installed Mac OS Monterey, it didn't solve the problem.

I created a new user session, it didn't solve the problem.

My colleagues, who use Catalina, don't have this problem connecting to the same files in the same remote computer.

I don't know what I can try more and I can't work like that.

Help!!

Mac mini, macOS 12.0

I have an open ticket with Apple Support. The issue has not been solved yet but they are aware of it. I had worked with them over the course of four days but I have not heard back for 10 days now. In my case, the file server is backed up with Time Machine and when I pause it, files that I open on a client M1 MacBook Pro do autosave again. When I turn on Time Machine on the server, the client fails to autosave again. So the M1 somehow thinks that the file on the server is being "written to" by Time Machine When I open the same file from an Intel Macbook, the autosave works even with Time Machine running on the server.
