Twitter notifications no longer buzz my Apple Watch.

I used to get twitter notifications on my Apple Watch (S5 LTE) and the notifications always used haptics. Now, I see the notification on my watch, but there are no haptics at all. Haptics work well with other notifications (text, email, workouts, etc). I’ve already double checked all the notification settings. I’ve also deleted the Twitter app and then re-installed it on my iphone. Spent 1.5 hours on the phone with Apple tech support and no fix. The issue still persists. Any ideas?
