iPhone 12 Pro - rear camera won't capture & save photos

My iphone 12 Pro won't capture & save photos when I try to use the rear camera. It will capture and save with the front facing camera. I have plenty of storage on my phone (only using 41GB of 128GB). I've restarted it and that didn't fix the issue. I even reset/restored my phone to see if that would help fix the problem but it has not. How can I get my rear camera to start working again?
