Apple Bluetooth compatibility with new 15.1.1 update

After I last updated my phone with update 15.1.1 I no longer ask my Bluetooth to dial out number.

it ask me to unlock my phone.

I used to just double tap my Bluetooth and ask to call one of my contact, now it’s asking to unlock phone.

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 15
