2021 Macbook Pro M1 Max - Location services disabled every boot

Hello. Ive exhausted the chat options for help and was wondeirng if anyone has found a solution to when upon every bootup, the new MBP's disable location services and revert the settings to default for system services covered. (As in, I choose to enable find my mac, and disable the automatic place guessing)

I've tried editing the setting in safe mode, which upon bootup back in regular mode it was disabled yet again. The next option was a phone call but i'm nonverbal and that's a hugely scary thing for me.

Any ideas I can try before returning the new MBP? Thanks!

Download and run Etrecheck. Copy and paste the results into your reply. Etrecheck is a diagnostic tool that was developed by one of the most respected users here in the ASC and recommended by Apple Support to provide a snapshot of the system and help identify the more obvious culprits that can adversely affect a Mac's performance.

IMPORTANT:

Before running Etrecheck assign Full Disk Access to Etrecheck in the Etrecheck's Privacy preference pane so that it can get additional information from the Console and log files for the report:

Also click and read the About info to further permit full disk access.

Copy the report

and use the Additional Text button to include the report in your reply.

To add some additional context, this is disabling Find my Mac every boot too - which is very scary to me. I really want that feature to be on and not able to be disabled without my permission.
