Apple TV 4K: "No Network Detected" pop-up

I recently upgraded to the latest Apple TV 4K but am getting an odd "No Network Detected" pop-up now and again when streaming Netflix or Apple +. There are no interruptions in the stream. I've never seen this before on earlier versions. I've seen other posts about this but no solutions that have worked. Tried to reset modem/router and re-start but no fix yet. Help!

Hello tokyofan,

Thanks for the updated info. Since it's connected with an ethernet cable, you will need to check the ethernet cable, the modem, and the router. Plugging the ethernet cable directly into the modem may work. Try another ethernet cable also. Can also try using a Wi-Fi connection, excluding the ethernet cable, the Apple TV ethernet port, and the wireless router ports, but only test this with the wireless router connected and showing your wireless signal on other devices.

Thanks and let us know if plugging directly into the modem or another ethernet cable, or a wireless connection works. Cheers.

Hello tokyofan,

Thanks for letting us know Wi-Fi is working. This points to an issue with the ethernet cable, or connection port on the modem or back of the Apple TV. If other things work in the router port while connected, you'll need to have the Apple TV checked and see if it can be repaired or replaced.

Cheers.
