I think my notes were deleted when the phone crashed 2 nights ago. I turned my phone off and then on again. Still no notes. No recovery suggestion has worked yet. Any idea of what to do if the phone had crashed? I really need those notes! Thank you.

Where were the Notes? See the pic below. You will get your answer
The recently deleted folder will exist only if you deleted Notes from iCloud or from the "On My Phone" Folder. Deletion from other Folders does not use the Recently Deleted Sub-Folder.
