iPhone calls shown up on MacBook Air after deactivating calls on other devices

Even after deactivating calls from other devices in iPhone SE and also unchecking the box of calls from the iPhone from the FaceTime app on MacBook Air 10.15 Catalina still calls showing up on my MacBook Screen. I have shut down and restarted both devices but the issue has not been solved.

iPhone SE, iOS 15

On the Mac, try System Preferences => Notifications

Scroll down and select FaceTime.

You can then unselect the switch for "Allow Notifications from FaceTime." You can also unselect all notifications in the options lower down on the preference pane, or keep the ones you want by unchecking the appropriate boxes.
