Calculator widget removed from Big Sur? Calendar widget is bad too.

I don't understand why apple would remove this useful widget.

It annoys me to death having a cluttered mess of apps open. Simplicity, convenience and ease of use is WHY I use apple products in the first place.

Every-time I have to spotlight calculator to do a simple calculation, I get annoyed all over again.

On top of that the calendar widget is always stuck on one month, and I have to either open calendar app or use 3rd party widgets (that aren't neatly tucked in my side bar).

It would be nice to know the reason behind this... perhaps that'll ease the discomfort.
