Scanning the Kaiser QR code on my wife's iphone does not result in the "health" button/selection (my phone does). It opens "apple.com/ios/health" in Safari. I have tried to compare settings between her phone and mine and can't find any differences.

Just to be sure, is your wife’s iPhone running at least iOS 15.1? If it’s an iPhone 12 or iPhone 13 model, then iOS 15.1.1 is available.
