This is the first time apple support disappointed me with their services they provided,
I bought this new handset 13 pro on 21/11/2021 and due to multiple tries to sign in to my icloud id i failed and ended up locking my account for 24hours.
Very next morning i went to my nearby apple support center they asked me to call on some number to fix the issues related to my account and all
I had a talk to one of the staff from online apple support provider and after going through my case he asked me to wait till the 24hr completes and i have to follow the steps apple will provide me in the mail as soon as given time limit ends .
But after waiting all day long it ended up with something different i expected.
I received a mail from apple saying that i have to wait for next 13 days more to recover my account.
today is the day after 13days when i received a mail to create new password I'm struck here on a step asking me to enter passcode of the handset iphone 6s i used to operate few years back to recover my icloud data
