Iphone 13 selfie camera- grainy and too much light

Whther its on the camera app or tiktok my selfie camera is grainy and takes too much light.

my old android phone is actually better if we compare them side to side.

i bought the iphone because of the quality hut seems like there is a big problem.

i have light source in front of me and when i take a video/picture my face is too light up, like its almost white and I'm brownish.

my shirt and the background is grainy/blurry and it’s worse quality then my galaxy note 10 i had before i bought the iphone.

if someone can help me fix that ill be really happy.

note: the back camera doesnt have this blur/grain when i take a video or picture with it.
