Apple TV activation failed

Can anyone help me with this issue? I have done everything from restart to restore the Apple TV but no luck to use AirPlay. I think it’s something to do with the server. Apple should fix this problem as it’s been like this for weeks. It’s so frustrating!

Do you have an Apple TV (2nd or 3rd generation)? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

What does it say for Settings﹥General﹥About﹥Activation﹥?
