Set up new iPad for child
I have an iMac and other devices all on my one Apple ID. How do I set up a brand new iPad for an 8 year old child, allowing me to make it safe for her to use, and entirely separate from all my other Apple devices?.

You can create a child Apple ID by going to the settings app and clicking on your Apple ID settings. Then, click on family sharing and click "set up your family" After that, click"create an account for a child". Follow through and you should be able to set up the Ipad, making it safe for your child.
