Chevy Equinox/iOS 15

It sounds like you've been experiencing some issues with the connectivity between your iPhone and car since updating your iOS. We'd like to see if we can help.

First we would like to know a little more about what's going on. Let us know the following:

1. What year was your Chevy Equinox made?
2. Are you connecting to your car wirelessly or wired?
3. Other than the issue with the radio and signal sounds, what other specific connectivity issues are you experiencing?
4. Which model of iPhone are you using, and which specific version of iOS 15 is installed? You can view the version in Settings > General > About.

Since the iOS update 15.2, which I’m all updated, my 2017 Chevy Equinox shows “NO MUSIC FILES FOUND”. I have an iPhone X and I use a cord. I have tried different coelrds and I get that message. IM NOT HAPPY CAUSE I MAINLY LISTEN TO MY ITUNES!!!!
