How do I create and use keyword shortcuts?

I would like to create keyword shortcuts that I can insert while typing emails or texts or even boxes like this.

How do I do that and then use the Shortcuts?

Can you do multiple lines such as an email signature which might have my name on one line, my phone number on the next line, my title on the next line, etc.
