Cannot connect to my healthcare provider app using health app

Trying to connect to my healthcare provider within the health app. Enter all login information, accept the HIPAA declaration and then error message "Unable to Connect" try again later message always appears

Yes - it's supported. In their app, the health app is checked. I've contacted the company that runs the healthcare app - they pointed me to my provider. I talked to them this morning and they said to contact apple. Gone full circle
