Trying to connect to my healthcare provider within the health app. Enter all login information, accept the HIPAA declaration and then error message "Unable to Connect" try again later message always appears

Yes - it's supported. In their app, the health app is checked. I've contacted the company that runs the healthcare app - they pointed me to my provider. I talked to them this morning and they said to contact apple. Gone full circle

I work in healthcare and honestly the company that runs the app won’t have any clue and the provider will know even less. You’ll need to get in touch with the developer of the app. If the app won’t connect to authorize then there won’t be anything Apple can do.
Is your healthcare provider supported by the Health App? If you are having problems then speak with the healthcare provider.
