Using the Health app and Wallet

When I scan my vaccine QR code it calls safari and the apple.com site instead of the Health app on my phone. how do I get it to work correctly?

health app not asking to put vaccines status on wallet I have os 15 on my phone. They are claiming that you can put vaccine status on your apple wallet. I follow all the steps and it never asks if I want to add to wallet. I have QR codes on my MyChart for vaccines and when I try to use it, it just takes me to apple.com with an explanation of the health app. Super frustrated. Nothing is working the way the instructions say it will. None of the info they say will be in the menus is there. Help!

Issue with Adding CA Vaccine Record via Safari on iOS15 on I’m running on iOS 15.1 and using Safari, but when I go to my California digital vaccine record and get the QR code or click “Add to Apple Health and Wallet,” it just sends me to https://www.apple.com/ios/health/. I can see the immunizations in my Health app, but have no option to add to my wallet. Anyone have any idea what may be happening?
