Numbers will not allow me to access formatting tabs other than Table. MacBook Air (M1, 2020), Big Sur V 11.6.1, Apple M1 chip. Updated Numbers today with no improvement/change. No idea what to do. Would appreciate any suggestions.

Very strange. Have you tried restarting your Mac? Or signing into another user account and trying there?
