Blue outline box on Ipad Air Update 15.1

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the blue outline box on my Ipad air? If I turn my Ipad off and then back on it will stay off till I try to use the search on my internet.

It has been acting up ever since the 15.1 update. I hate that update. It changed the way my magic keyboard works with my Ipad.

I can no longer use my return key as the enter key on Messenger.

The blue box is constantly coming on.

I couldn’t even use the keyboard at all. I had to call Apple and they then told me to do certain things to the General / Accessibility and that fixed some of it.

I really hope someone can give me an answer for the blue outline box. I don’t have the push button on / off on this Ipad so you can’t push it 3 times like it says on the internet.

Also, if anyone has a resolution for the return key that info would be great also.
